How much does BuddyPT cost?
BuddyPT has four plans, all priced in US Dollars. Starter is free forever for up to 10 clients. Growth is $22 per month or $220 per year for up to 25 clients. Professional is $35 per month or $350 per year for up to 200 clients. Enterprise is custom-priced for unlimited clients.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 10 clients and includes the dashboard, workout and nutrition builder, the 1300+ exercise library, one-to-one messaging, the trainer and client mobile apps, and metrics management. No credit card is required to sign up.
What is included in the Growth plan?
Growth ($22/month or $220/year, up to 25 clients) includes everything in Starter plus habit coaching, form creation, check-in management, client onboarding, broadcast messaging, smart watch and wearable integration, Stripe payments, membership automation, and Zapier integrations.
What is included in the Professional plan?
Professional ($35/month or $350/year, up to 200 clients) adds AI diet chart generation, calendar management, the visual sales pipeline CRM, team roles for admin and non-admin staff, and dedicated onboarding and support. Annual Professional subscribers also receive whitelabelling and a marketing website at no extra cost.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves roughly 17% versus monthly on both Growth and Professional — that is $220/year instead of $264, and $350/year instead of $420. Annual Professional also unlocks free whitelabelling (your own branded app) and a free marketing website.
What happens if I go over my client limit?
You simply move up to the next plan. Starter covers 10 clients, Growth 25, Professional 200, and Enterprise is unlimited. You can upgrade at any time and your data, programs, and client history carry over unchanged.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no long-term contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and annual plans renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel.
How do I pay, and which currency is used?
All BuddyPT plans are billed in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions are paid by card. Inside the platform you collect client payments through Stripe, and you can also record offline payments such as cash, check, or bank transfer.
Founder support & onboarding
Do I get help setting BuddyPT up?
Yes. Every new coach receives founder-led onboarding — a walkthrough with the BuddyPT founding team to set up your account, import clients, and build your first programs. It is included, not a paid add-on.
What support is included on the Professional plan?
Professional includes dedicated onboarding and quick-response support directly from the team. For comparison, Everfit reserves dedicated support for Enterprise and Trainerize for its Studio Plus tier — both several times the price of Professional.
Can I request features or changes?
Yes. BuddyPT is built with working coaches, and feature requests from customers go straight to the founding team. Enterprise plans include custom feature development and custom reporting.
Will you help me migrate from another platform?
Yes. If you are moving from Everfit, Trainerize, TrueCoach, or spreadsheets, the team helps you bring across clients, programs, and templates during onboarding so you are not rebuilding your business from scratch.

Is there a founding coach offer?
Yes. Early coaches join on founder's pricing, which is locked in for as long as the subscription stays active — future price increases do not apply to your plan.
What do annual Professional subscribers get for free?
Annual Professional includes whitelabelling — your own branded coaching app — plus a marketing website, at no extra cost. Trainerize charges a $169 one-time fee plus a $45/month add-on for a branded app.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on the free Starter plan with up to 10 clients, and upgrade to Growth or Professional whenever your roster grows. Nothing is lost in the upgrade.

How does BuddyPT pricing compare to Everfit, Trainerize and TrueCoach?
For up to 200 clients, BuddyPT Professional is $35/month.
